2. How can I confirm the commission rate I should receive?

The commission that you receive from each invitee or sub-affiliate's invitees will be different depending on your distribution. You can review and distribute your commission rates to your invitees or sub-affiliates as necessary on the affiliate portal.

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, please reach out to OKX Support for assistance.

3. Why hasn’t my commission been distributed on time?

Normally, your commissions are distributed within 1–2 hours after your transaction, with payouts occurring hourly. However, during extreme market conditions, the high volume of calculations may cause delays of several hours, which is considered normal.

4. I'm a user invited by an affiliate. What percentage of commission share have I been allocated?

You can check your assigned percentage by following the steps below:

  • Open your OKX app, then select the main menu.

  • Go to Gifts & Rewards and select My Rewards.

  • On the My Rewards page, you can view your self-rebate percentage assigned by the affiliate.

Note: if the module is not visible, no self-rebate rate has been assigned to you.

7. Can my invitee delete their account and re-sign up to attribute it to a different affiliate?
