What's the cashback promotion for the EEA Card launch?
To celebrate the launch of the EEA Card, we’re offering a limited-time cashback boost after the Card is launched, available until 28 February 2026.
Regular users: earn 15% cashback, up to €100 total during the promotion period
VIP 1–9 users: earn 20% cashback, up to €200 total during the promotion period
Cashback is earned only on USDG purchases made with your OKX Card and will be credited in USDG to your Pay account. Please ensure your card is funded with USDG to qualify.
How is the cashback cap calculated during the promotion?
The cashback cap applies to the entire 30-day promotion period, not per calendar month. Once you reach the maximum cashback amount for the promotion, you’ll stop earning cashback, even if the 30-day period has not ended.
How much can I spend to earn full cashback during the promotion?
The maximum eligible purchase amount depends on your cashback rate:
Regular users (15% cashback): earn up to €100 cashback on approximately €667 in eligible purchases
VIP 1–9 users (20% cashback): earn up to €200 cashback on €1,000 in eligible purchases
Which purchases are eligible for cashback?
All USDG payments are eligible, except for the categories listed below.

Educational services | Payments to schools, training providers, or educational institutions |

What form of cashback do I receive, and when will I get it?
Cashback is paid in USDG and credited to your OKX Pay account.
Once a purchase settles (as triggered by the merchant), you’ll receive your cashback within 24 hours.
Does promotional cashback stack with regular cashback?
No. During the promotion period, promotional cashback replaces regular cashback. Cashback rewards don't stack or combine.
How do I become a VIP user?
VIP status is based on your activity or assets on our platform, such as account balance and trading volume. You can check your current VIP level and eligibility directly in the OKX app.
