About BTCETFInflowsSurge

OKX spot BTC/USDT topped $78,800 in 24h before easing toward $77,000, still near the highs of this rebound. US spot BTC and ETH ETFs drew about $2.6B combined last week, their strongest weekly inflow since last October; BTC ETFs took in roughly $1.9B and ETH ETFs about $697M. The flows suggest the rally is gaining spot demand beyond short covering. Can ETF buying absorb profit-taking and support a steadier uptrend? If inflows slow, post-surge selling and leveraged volatility could intensify.

ETF FLOWS CONFIRM BTC’S STRENGTH Five consecutive inflow sessions suggest the rally is more than a short squeeze. U.S. spot ETFs attracted roughly $1.92B into $BTC and $697M into $ETH in the week ending August 21, the strongest combined week since October 2025. $BTC reached $79.5K before cooling toward $77K. The next catalyst is macro: Fed Chair Kevin Warsh will speak at Jackson Hole on August 28. The key question: will ETF demand remain strong, or will Warsh’s signal determine $BTC’s next move?

$BTC BTC 76,940 — 80K rejected, now cooling off. Weekend tagged 80K (May high), then pulled back to 76,940. Still up 20%+ from 63K this week. Three drivers behind the run: · Macro: Treasury doubled buyback cap to $4B — debasement trade activated · Short squeeze: $4B+ crypto liquidations in 2-3 days, BTC shorts ~$2.75B · ETF bids: ~$1.6B net inflow this week — IBIT alone pulled $500M in a day Pullback triggers: geopolitical jitters + profit-taking — 179K traders liquidated ~$900M

Last week we asked whether the move was a squeeze. Five straight ETF inflow sessions show that ETF buying continued after the initial squeeze. US spot BTC and ETH ETFs ended the week with their strongest combined inflows since October 2025: · BTC ETFs attracted $1.92B across five positive sessions, including $606M on Thursday and $307M on Friday · ETH ETFs added about $697M, with BlackRock's ETHA contributing roughly $537M · Combined trading volume reached about $29B, more than triple the previous week The pattern lasted through all five US trading sessions, but it is not a final verdict on demand. At Friday's close, BTC ETF net assets stood near $96.1B, equal to about 6.2% of Bitcoin's market value and approaching the $100B mark. Two details matter: · Concentration: IBIT captured about $1.33B, or 69% of weekly BTC inflows. ETHA accounted for roughly 77% of ETH inflows. The flows were strong, but breadth remains the next test · Persistence: BTC ETFs remained about $2.9B in net outflows for 2026, while ETH ETFs were roughly $192M negative Relative to their asset bases, ETH recorded the higher inflow ratio. Weekly inflows equaled about 4.9% of ETH ETF net assets, versus roughly 2.0% for BTC. The rally broadened beyond the two largest assets too. BTC recorded its biggest weekly gain since March 2024, while XRP gained nearly 40%. BTC reached roughly $79,500 on Friday, touched a weekend low near $75,600 and traded around $77,000 on Monday. The latest completed US ETF session was Aug 21. Aug 24 flow data will follow after the US close. The next macro test arrives Friday, when Warsh delivers his first Jackson Hole keynote as Fed Chair. Which matters more for BTC this week: persistent ETF demand or Warsh's policy tone? #BTCETFInflowsSurge

The institutional money isn’t just coming back — it’s starting to rotate. 👀 Crypto ETF flows are flashing a signal that’s hard to ignore. On August 21, spot ETFs pulled in roughly $307.5M in BTC, $184M in ETH, and $10M in SOL. Even bigger: BTC + ETH saw around $2.6B in weekly inflows, their strongest combined week since October. But the real story isn’t just the size of the inflows — it’s where the money is going. Capital is slowly moving beyond Bitcoin. #DailyOrbit

Institutional Money Is Finally Moving Beyond Bitcoin 👀 The bigger story in crypto right now isn’t just Bitcoin ETF inflows — it’s where the money is rotating next. On Aug. 21, spot ETFs pulled in roughly: • $307.5M into $BTC • $184M into $ETH • $10M into $SOL Even more interesting: $BTC + $ETH saw around $2.6B in weekly inflows, their strongest combined week since October. That tells me one thing: institutional appetite is expanding. #DailyOrbit

Institutional Rotation Is Expanding Crypto ETF flows are showing a clear improvement in institutional demand. On August 21, spot ETFs attracted roughly $307.5M in $BTC, $184M in $ETH, and $10M in $SOL. Weekly inflows for $BTC and $ETH reached about $2.6B, their strongest combined week since October. The key signal is diversification: capital is gradually moving beyond $BTC. If ETF demand remains consistent, $ETH and $SOL could play #BTCETFInflowsSurge #ETHTests2500 #OKXOutcomeF1TI15Recap
