ELP Expansion to Event Contract and ELP Taker Restriction

Effective date: May 12, 2026

OKX will be making the following change to its API on the date above:

• Event Contract (EVENTS) instruments will now support ELP functionality (maker side), while ELP taker access will be disabled for EVENTS. Orders with isElpTakerAccess: true for EVENTS instruments will be rejected.
  The change affects:
• POST / Place order
• POST / Place multiple orders
• WS / Place order
• WS / Place multiple orders

Please review the API documentation for full details and update your integration before the effective date.
