2. What's the eligibility criteria to participate in the OKX New year gift campaign?
Only limited to designated users: only available for selected users who have traded within 1 January 2024, 00:00 (UTC +8) - 15 December 2024, 23:59 (UTC +8).
Restricted areas cannot participate: users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) aren't eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use.
Eligible users: only users who have received this campaign on their OKX homepage card are eligible to join this campaign.
App version: participants must have the app version of 6.85.0 or above to join this campaign.
3. Which regions are eligible to participate in the OKX New year gift campaign?
Only users in regions who have received this campaign on their OKX homepage card are eligible to join this campaign.
4. What types of gifts are available for the OKX New year gift campaign?
There are two types of gifts available for this campaign:
OKX merch: limited-edition OKX merch, including items like branded apparel, accessories, and collectibles.
Crypto gift: exclusive cryptocurrency rewards that can be credited directly to your OKX account.
Note:
OKX merch and crypto gift are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each eligible user can claim only one OKX merch or crypto gift.
For users who are eligible for OKX merch:
Users can visit the Reward Center and enter their shipping details to claim OKX merch. Users who do not provide the shipping details within the campaign period will not be eligible for OKX merch.
We will try our best to ship out your OKX merch gift box within 120 days upon receiving the delivery address. The exact time of delivery may vary depending on the merch production timeline and delivery vendor service.
If the shipping details are entered incorrectly, users may not receive their OKX merch.
For users who are eligible for crypto gift:
Users can visit the crypto gift page and follow the instructions to claim the Crypto Gift. The eligibility of crypto gift will expire if the user doesn't open the crypto gift within the campaign period.
There will be a daily limited pool of crypto gift to be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis. New gift allocations will be released daily at 12:00 AM (UTC) during the campaign period.
Each eligible user can claim only one crypto gift.
Users who open any crypto gift within the campaign period will have a chance to get a crypto gift to share with new users during the campaign. If a user is selected, that user can share the crypto gift with up to 2 new users. Eligible recipients of this crypto gift must be newly registered users who complete verification and bind the referral relationship with sharer. Each of these crypto gifts is valid for 48 hours.

5. Can I claim both OKX merch and crypto gift?
No, each eligible user can claim only one gift, which will be determined based on the campaign rules.
6. I’m curious about the OKX merch box. What's included in the box?
The OKX merch box may include a selection of exclusive items such as Manchester City T-shirts, McLaren T-shirts, OKX-branded T-shirts, backpacks, duffle bags, socks, caps, notebooks, water bottles, or travel sets.

Yes, gifts are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Claim yours early to avoid missing out!
8. What should I do if OKX crypto gifts are no longer available today?
If today’s gifts are fully claimed, don’t worry! New gift allocations will be released daily at 12:00 AM (UTC) during the campaign period. Check back early tomorrow for another chance to claim yours!
Note: there'll be 400,000 gifts in total. Each user can only claim one gift throughout.
9. How can I claim my crypto gift?
You can claim your crypto gift by going to the Crypto Gift page and following the instructions to claim it.
10. How can I claim my merch gift?
Visit the Reward Center, enter your shipping details, and we’ll safely deliver your merch to you!
11. Is there a tracking option for OKX merch delivery?
Yes, tracking is available! Keep an eye on your notifications for updates on your merch’s shipping status.
12. Can I send a crypto gift to my friends?
Eligible users have a chance to generate a crypto gift link during the campaign. If you’re selected, you can share the link with up to 2 new users. Recipients must be newly registered users who complete verification. Each link is valid for 48 hours, so share it quickly if you receive one!
Terms and conditions:
By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value.
