BTC Campaign Earn Terms & Conditions

The "BTC Campaign" promotion starts at December 2024 and lasts until March 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

By participating in this "BTC Campaign" promotion, users agree that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) provided in clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service and Risk Warning may not be eligible to participate in this promotion. 

To participate in this promotion and become eligible for rewards, you must initiate a deposit of BTC (Bitcoin) at the platform according to the promotion rules specified by OKX and subject to updates with or without notice.

Rewards may be accumulated periodically during the Promotion Period according to the promotion rules specified by OKX. Rewards will be distributed to your funding account once you redeem the deposit. Rewards are not guaranteed. Rewards may be distributed from a fixed budget which may be exhausted without notice to you. Rewards may stop accumulating even before you redeem your deposit without notice to you. The platform has the right to postpone or cancel the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion. You agree that OKX has the sole discretion in distributing rewards, and you shall not challenge the reward distribution in any circumstance.

OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or a digital asset of equivalent or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the reward for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.

Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of rewards are the sole responsibility of the individual recipient.

OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this promotion and/or cancel this promotion without notice.

OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion as it sees fit, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
