About CLARITYVoteStillDivided
The US Senate holds a cloture vote on the CLARITY Act at 18:15 UTC Sept 15. Republicans say the final draft includes 126 Democratic amendments and 80% of the bipartisan ethics proposal, including crypto divestment or blind trust requirements for officials. Some Democrats view ethics, stablecoin incentives, and developer liability as insufficient and are preparing a counter-proposal. Cloture needs 60 votes; Republicans hold 53. Does a compromise emerge, or does US crypto regulation get delayed?

The CLARITY Act faces its critical cloture vote today, needing 60 Senate votes to proceed.
Odds have collapsed from 82% earlier this year to just 14-16%, with disputes over Trump's crypto income, DeFi liability, and stablecoin yield still unresolved.
Failure would stall US crypto regulation until 2027, leaving $BTC 's institutional path uncertain, though not derailed.

A huge rally could be bigger than you expect!
Crypto markets are full of drama this week. We have the critical CLARITY Act vote, paired with Fed‑hike fears. These two opposing forces may trigger extreme price action.
The Senate holds the CLARITY Act procedural vote on Sep 15. It needs 60 votes to move forward. Even passing this step won’t make it law right away. But a yes vote shifts US crypto regulation from guesswork toward clearer rules.

A lot of people need to understand that news is used to steer the crowd towards a particular direction/outcome. For instance, if the chances of the Clarity Act being passed are unlikely, people would naturally think that this would likely mean Bitcoin would have a negative reaction, due to the news subconsciously influencing what they expect to happen.
Whereas if the Clarity Act had a high chance of being passed, people would naturally assume Bitcoin would pump and continue upwards. But instead, the most likely outcome would have been a scam pump into a sell-the-news event. The exact opposite of what the crowd would expect.
You see, nothing is as it seems. What you expect is going to happen based on the news and data you’re provided with is usually the exact opposite of what occurs. And that is simply because news influences expectations.
Algo’s use certain expectations to trap individuals. That is usually the reason why when good or bad news happens, people are surprised that the market doesn’t follow their expectations.
The moral here is to expect the unexpected despite the anticipated outcome of the news.

🚨 SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH BITCOIN RIGHT NOW
Congress holds CLARITY Act hearings TOMORROW
Everyone is waiting for the headline that sends $BTC vertical
I think that headline could become the FINAL trap before the real shakeout
Here’s what almost nobody understands:
The CLARITY Act doesn’t need to fail
It only needs to get DELAYED
Last time the market got hit with a CLARITY delay:
$97K → $61K
A 38% collapse
Four weeks ago, I warned about the sequence I was watching:
HYPE → DELAY → PANIC → ACCUMULATION → EVENTUAL PASSAGE
And now we’re approaching the dangerous part again
Tomorrow could bring bullish headlines
Bitcoin could pump
Crypto Twitter could immediately scream that the bull run is back
But if Congress produces headlines without actual passage, I’m treating that pump with extreme caution
Because that’s how the trap gets built
Retail buys the news
Liquidity floods in
The move gets overcrowded
Then one delay can completely flip the narrative
The bill doesn’t have to die
That’s the entire point
It just needs to take LONGER than the market expects
Retail is waiting for CLARITY
I’m watching for the shakeout that could come BEFORE it
I’ve traded markets for more than 15 years
Right now I’m watching the liquidity around this setup extremely closely
When I see the move I actually want, I’ll post it publicly here like I always do
Turn notifications on
Tomorrow could matter far more than people realize.

🚨 THIS WEEK COULD DEFINE BITCOIN'S NEXT MOVE.
There are 4 possible scenarios for the next 2-3 weeks 👇
🟢 SCENARIO 1
Clarity Act ✅
Fed maintains rates ✅
➡️ BTC → +90K$
🟡 SCENARIO 2
Clarity Act ✅
Fed does NOT maintain rates ❌
➡️ BTC → +85K$
🟠 SCENARIO 3
Clarity Act ❌
Fed maintains rates ✅
➡️ BTC → 80K$
🔴 SCENARIO 4
Clarity Act ❌
Fed does NOT maintain rates ❌
➡️ BTC → 70K$-72K$
This week there are two key catalysts: Clarity Act + Fed. Bitcoin's reaction will depend on both.
Could progress on the CLARITY Act become a sell-the-news event for $BTC?
The bill still faces a Senate procedural vote; it is not law.
For example, the ETF debut began with repricing and GBTC distribution, not immediate expansion.
The rally came once flows turned persistently positive.
The catalyst opens the door, but strong and sustained demand must confirm what comes next.

🤔 A Key Week for the Crypto Market
This week, we have two major events that could significantly influence the next direction of the market
🔤 September 15 — CLARITY Act
The Senate will hold a key procedural vote that will determine whether the bill regulating the crypto market can move forward. The bill needs 60 votes to advance
Personally, I think the process could get delayed once again
Breaking: Trump agrees to include new ethics provisions in the CLARITY Act
Tomorrow is the crucial Senate vote on the CLARITY Act. There are 53 Republican senators; if all Republicans support it, at least 7 Democrats still need to vote in favor.
Vandaag is duidelijk positief nieuws.

$BTC, $ETH & $SOL — REGULATION IS BECOMING THE CATALYST
After months of uncertainty, crypto’s story is shifting from speculation → legitimacy. The CLARITY Act has gained momentum, with the Senate preparing for a procedural vote.
The market is responding: $BTC +1.25%, $ETH +1.92%, $SOL +2.35%.
Hidden Signal: If the bill advances, the next catalyst may not be price alone—but institutional capital gaining another reason to enter crypto.
Still a legislative step, not yet law.
