Q: Can affiliates modify the commission rate for supporters and invitees?

Affiliates can adjust the commission rate for their sub-affiliates at any time, with no limit on the number of adjustments (after modification, the new rebate will be calculated starting from the next hour).

Affiliates can also adjust the commission rate for invited users who successfully sign up. The rate can only be increased, not decreased or canceled.

Q: Can affiliates outside the Chinese region enjoy the rebate for invitees from the Chinese region?

Affiliates outside Chinese-speaking regions are not eligible for rebate from invitees in Chinese-speaking regions. However, affiliates in Chinese-speaking regions, provided they meet compliance and other requirements, can receive rebate from invitees outside Chinese-speaking regions.

Q: Why isn't my invitee considered my invitee even though they signed up using my referral link or referral code?

If your invitee signs up through your referral link but is not listed as your invitee, it may be due to the following reasons:

• Entered the wrong referral code when signing up

• Before opening your invitee's referral link, you downloaded the App through an advertisement or another invitation channel that is already bound to a channel, and completed signing up on the App.

• The customer did not sign up using your referral code/referral link.

Friendly reminder: To ensure your invitation is valid, please complete sign up with the referral code already entered.

Q: How do affiliates create groups?

Go to the IM icon, select Create Subgroup, and follow the steps.

Q: Why is the invited customer's trading volume high, but the rebate is low?

If your rebate is less than expected, please first check the following items:

1) Verify authentication information: Starting from January 31, 2024, affiliates, sub-nodes, and supporters who have not completed identity verification will not be able to receive rebates.

2) Invited customer region: affiliates or sub-affiliates outside the Chinese region cannot earn rebate from transactions made by customers in the Chinese region.

3) Invitee transaction level: If the customer's transaction trading fee level reaches VIP 5 - 6, there is a monthly cap on the customer's rebate. If the customer reaches VIP 7 or above, no rebate will be generated for the affiliate.

4) Invited account type (Broker/Market Maker): Broker and Market Maker (MM) accounts will not generate rebates for affiliates.

5) Use of rebate cards/trial fund/contract experience coupons: If the invited user uses a rebate card, trial fund, or contract experience coupons, no rebate will be generated.

6) transaction through managed trading sub-account: transaction made through managed trading sub-account are not eligible for rebate.

7) Commission rate verification: Please confirm the commission rate you are entitled to. Affiliates can adjust the commission rate for invitees or sub-affiliates as needed.

8) Rebates are calculated based on net fees * commission rate.

Q: My invited invitee has completed verification and made a transaction, so why haven't I received the bonus?

This may be because you have become an affiliate. After becoming an affiliate, the invitee you invite can still receive new customer bonus, but you will no longer receive invitation task bonus. Instead, you will receive a proportional commission rebate based on your invitee's net transaction fees.

Q: How do I find my business manager?

If the affiliate has a business contact, you can find the business contact information in the support center of the affiliate's backend.

If your page does not have the corresponding business contact information, you can also promptly verify through online customer service or feedback.

Q: What are the assessment rules for affiliates?

The OKX Node Program evaluates node levels every month, and the assessment results will determine your node level and commission rate for that month. The evaluation criteria are: invitees' trading volume and the number of new/active traders. The default commission rate is 30% of the invited customer's trading fees. If you become a node before the 15th of a calendar month, you will enjoy a 5-month node level protection period; if you become a node after the 15th, you will enjoy a 6-month protection period. Q: How can I view the rebate details?

On the official website, click the top right corner [My Assets] to view recent funds account history. Click [View More] to select the time, currency, and main bill type to view commission rebate details or other types of bill details.

Q: How can I increase my commission rate?

You need to meet the assessment criteria for the corresponding commission rate level. Please refer to the details in the image below:

a. Spot rebate plan: (Transaction amount unit: USDT)

b. Futures rebate plan: (Transaction amount unit: USDT)

Spot and futures trading volume assessments are independent of each other. If the assessment levels for spot and futures are inconsistent, the higher level will be used.

Example 1: If the spot assessment is Level 2 and the futures assessment is Level 4, then the commission rate for both futures and spot will be unified at Level 4, which is 45%.

Example 2: If the spot assessment is at level 0 and the futures assessment is at level 3, then both the futures and spot commission rate will be unified at level 3, which is 40%. The spot will not be downgraded due to being at level 0.
