About LAPTOPCrash99%
LAPTOP launched on Base on Sept 9, briefly hitting roughly $191 before crashing nearly 99%. On-chain data showed FDV at $144B with only about $48K in liquidity, a severe disconnect between paper valuation and real depth. Supply is 1B tokens with 30% to founders and 20% for community airdrops in two rounds. First airdrop claims, market maker inventory and early profit taking amplified the crash. The event has renewed focus on meme coin concentration, first-mover advantage and exit liquidity.

🔥UPDATE: Hunter Biden’s $LAPTOP memecoin team BLAMES “sniper” bots and technical glitches for its nearly 98% crash within an hour of launch, per TheStreet.
The team denies a rug pull, says its tokens remain locked and insists Biden has not personally profited.
On-chain trackers data showed project-linked wallet received 100 MILLION tokens before launch, then sold more than 42 MILLION once trading opened.
One trader’s $200,000 purchase fell to around $3,000, per Lookonchain.
Bubblemaps called the launch a “bloodbath,” saying a large majority of traders lost money.
The project had earmarked 20% of supply for a community airdrop, including holders who lost money on Trump’s memecoin.
🚨SHOCKING: Hunter Biden’s $LAPTOP memecoin PLUNGED 97.8% within the FIRST HOUR of launch, falling from nearly $200 to $4.36.
Its fully diluted valuation is now around $5 BILLION, but liquidity remains thin:
• Official Aerodrome pool: $83K in USDC
• Uniswap pool: $380K in USDC
The Uniswap liquidity became active only after the token had already fallen more than 90%.
The near-$200 opening price implied a $200 BILLION valuation, but extremely thin liquidity made that figure misleading.

SHOCKING:
If you invested $10,000 in $LAPTOP yesterday, you'd have only $25 today.

$LAPTOP is a reminder that market cap ≠ liquidity.
It briefly showed ~$1.6B in market value while liquidity was only ~$2.5M, then fell ~98% from its early spike.
Wallet movements and early positioning deserve scrutiny, but they don't prove who sold or manipulated the market.
The bigger lesson: in thin-liquidity launches, early positioning and exit liquidity can matter more than conviction. Always look beyond market cap.

So many people got rekt chasing the Hunter Biden scam $LAPTOP.
Imagine you're someone who discovered crypto just 6 months ago.
You started with your savings, maybe $5k, $10k, or $20k. You took the game seriously.
You lived in the trenches, learned how to read narratives, caught a few runners early, and somehow turned that into $100k–200k.
For the first time in your life, financial freedom feels real.
Then Hunter Biden announces $LAPTOP.
You become euphoric.
Your brain starts doing the math: “What if this is the trade that turns $200k into $2 million?”
Greed disguises itself as conviction.
Launch goes live.
You ape your entire stack.
A few candles later, months of work disappear. Everything turns into dust.
Six months of perfect execution was destroyed by a few minutes of greed.
The lesson is there.

🚨 $LAPTOP — $200 EACH AT LAUNCH?!
That’s way too expensive for a launch, in my opinion. 😳💻
At these levels, I’d rather stay cautious and wait for the market to establish a more reasonable valuation.
👀 $LAPTOP: interesting project, but price matters.
