Unlocking Global Access to Tokenized Markets Through Our MoU with Finstreet
During Abu Dhabi Finance Week, we signed an MoU with Finstreet to explore a strategic alliance focused on accelerating the global adoption of regulated tokenized products. This collaboration brings together Finstreet’s financial market infrastructure, ADI’s blockchain capabilities and our international reach through OKX Ventures.
Our shared goal is to help bridge the worlds of Traditional Finance and Decentralized Finance by creating pathways for qualified global investors to access tokenized assets within a clear and regulated framework. By combining our Web3 channels and global distribution network with the regulated infrastructure of Finstreet’s ADGM entities, we see the potential to support more open access to high quality tokenized investment products, subject to jurisdictional rules and eligibility.
Finstreet’s ADGM regulated subsidiaries bring a full lifecycle infrastructure for tokenized assets that includes issuance, custody, settlement and trading. Through this collaboration, we are exploring how these capabilities can be connected to our international user base across Web3 environments, enabling a wider universe of global investors to participate in these markets in a safe and compliant way.
The proposed alliance also aligns with Abu Dhabi’s growing role as a hub for cross border capital and liquidity. By expanding distribution channels and supporting secondary participation within ADGM’s regulatory framework, we believe this initiative can contribute to the development of a more mature and globally connected tokenization ecosystem.
For us, this exploration represents an important step toward a future where digital assets and traditional financial products operate seamlessly together. Tokenization continues to evolve rapidly, and partnerships like this help advance the standards, infrastructure and global connectivity that the industry needs.
