How do I download a P2P order receipt?

Downloading a P2P order receipt is a valuable feature that enhances the transparency and record-keeping of your P2P trading process. It allows you to securely document completed transactions, which can be helpful for tracking your trades, resolving disputes, or providing proof of transactions when needed.

What's a P2P Order Receipt?

An OKX P2P order receipt is an official document provided by us to confirm the completion of a P2P transaction. It serves as a verifiable record, containing key details such as:

• Traders' real names

• Transaction dates

• Transaction amounts

• Transaction types

• Payment details

This receipt can be exported in PDF format and is especially useful for clarifying transaction details or verifying counterparties when needed.

How do I download a P2P order receipt?

On the app

1. On the P2P trading page, select Orders

   

   Select Orders to proceed to the next phase

2. Select the completed order that you want to download the receipt for

   

   Select completed order of your preference to retrieve the order receipt

3. Select the Download button at the bottom of the order review page. Open or save a PDF file to review the receipt.

   

   Select the Download button to save/view the order receipt

On the web

1. On the P2P trading page, select My orders

   

   Select My orders to proceed to the next phase

2. Select the download option for the order you need, and then select OK in the download pop-up notification. To download a receipt, the order must be completed and marked Fulfilled. Download is disabled for you if a completed order is in dispute status.

   

   Select Download option to proceed to the next phase

   You can also click Download on the order detail page.

3. Once the download is completed, check the Downloaded section of your browser to see if the download was successful
