美参议员Lummis：稳定币GENIUS法案推进过程“异常艰难”
PANews 5月28日消息，据CoinDesk报道，美国参议员Cynthia Lummis在“比特币2025”大会上表示，稳定币法案《GENIUS法案》推进过程“异常艰难”。她表示：“这真是太难了，我完全不知道这会有多难。”该法案上周以超过60票门槛通过程序性投票，进入最终表决前最后讨论阶段，但早前曾因民主党议员Elizabeth Warren等两党人士反对而受阻。
Lummis表示，这项由她与纽约州参议员Kirsten Gillibrand共同推动的法案若通过，将成为参议院银行委员会八年来首项成功立法。Lummis同时透露，正与众议院就市场结构法案进行幕后协调，后者去年通过《FIT21法案》后更具立法经验。
