PANews 6月4日消息，据Businessinsider报道，纳斯达克首家韩国媒体联盟 K Wave Media Inc.（纳斯达克代码：KWM）今日宣布与Bitcoin Strategic Reserve KWM LLC达成证券购买协议，公司将通过该机制发售5亿美元普通股。本次融资所得将用于支持公司以比特币为核心的数字资产储备战略、营运资金及并购活动，进一步扩展其内容制作与K-POP相关业务。根据该战略框架，K Wave将在特定限制条件下，将大部分融资所得用于比特币的长期持有与收益优化——这使其成为全球首批将BTC直接纳入核心资金管理的上市媒体公司。
