Saylor曾多次批评链上储备证明机制，称公开钱包地址“如同公布子女银行账户，将增加被攻击风险”。他主张通过四大会计师事务所审计替代公开披露。数据显示，Strategy另有10.7万枚BTC托管在富达数字资产（非独立托管），32.7万枚BTC由Coinbase Prime独立托管。
