The funding rates for Ethereum and Bitcoin have started to loosen again, so everyone should prepare to cut losses. There is likely to be a big market move coming up because the last time the funding rates loosened was right at the start of a major rally. But now that the daily chart looks like this, it probably won't surge up again, so I am more inclined to expect a big downward move.
Bitcoin and Solana hit new highs yesterday, but Ethereum did not. If Bitcoin pulls up a bit more today and Ethereum still doesn't hit a new high, this wave of the market will temporarily end and a correction is inevitable. Aave is under Ethereum, but both have already dropped significantly, so a correction is certain. Whether this is a trend reversal is uncertain, but in the crypto world, sometimes a rise lasting a week or 8 to 10 days can be wiped out in less than 3 days, and sometimes 3 days is enough to bring things back to the original state.
Why are you all so talented, all going long on SanDisk, are you idiots? I already said before it's just a pullback in a downtrend, SanDisk's trend is down, the rebound up to around 1800 should be a short, Bitcoin and Ethereum are the same, I still look bearish on them. Even though the US Treasury Secretary came out again saying the US debt issue has expanded to 1 trillion, so what? Anyone can talk with their mouth, wait until it's implemented before talking.
I estimate that the daily chart will come down the same way it went up; you can't trust the bull retracement. It was mentioned before that this rally was mainly due to the US Treasury's repurchase of government bonds, which increased liquidity, short squeeze liquidations, and the inflow of ETF arbitrage funds. It just pulled up a bit too aggressively, leaving many people at a loss and questioning their beliefs. People don't know how high it will go; some thought it could reach 3000, but currently, 2550 is already a point for profit-taking. You can look at Ethereum's past rebounds, which have typically been around 1000-1200 points per wave, so the move from 1500 to 2550 fits within this rebound range.
