a16z Crypto高管：加密项目的基金会模式已阻碍行业发展
PANews 6月5日消息，据The Defiant报道，a16z Crypto政策主管Miles Jennings在6月2日博客中指出，以太坊、Solana等项目的基金会模式已阻碍行业发展。他认为当前基金会存在四大缺陷：1）缺乏市场问责机制；2）法律限制商业活动；3）运营效率低下；4）演变为中心化管理者。Maple Finance增长负责人Martin de Rijke补充称，公司化运作更能适应快速变化的市场需求。
a16z建议采用普通开发公司替代基金会模式，认为公司能更高效配置资源并响应市场需求。Uniswap基金会被视为少数成功案例。Jennings提出两种替代方案：1）去中心化非营利协会（DUNA）赋予DAO法律主体地位；2）通过链上工具实现"赛博格组织"治理。分析师指出，随着美国监管环境改善，掩盖控制权的离岸基金会模式需变革。
