How does the card referral program work?

Invite a friend using your Card Referral link. Once they sign up to OKX, are approved for the OKX Card, and complete the required transactions, both of you should receive a reward. The reward type, amount, and any applicable conditions may vary and will be displayed on the Card Referral page in the OKX app before participation.

Who can participate?

Referrers must have a verified OKX account. Referrers may invite users before opening an OKX Pay account, but they must have an OKX Pay account to receive rewards.

Invitees must be new users who haven't previously registered with OKX or applied for an OKX Card. They must also be eligible for the OKX Card in their region.

What are the requirements to earn a reward?

A referral is successful when the Invitee:

  • Signs up using the Card Referral link.

  • Is approved for the OKX Card.

  • Completes the required number of qualifying transactions (see in-app for the required number and minimum spend) within 14 days of sign-up.

What counts as a qualifying transaction?

A qualifying transaction is a completed (settled) payment made using the OKX Card. Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, or not fully settled will not count. Certain transactions (for example, ATM withdrawals, transfers, or wallet top-ups) are also excluded. Transactions are typically settled within 1-5 business days.

How much is the reward?

Rewards vary by market and promotion. Both the reward type and amount are displayed on the Card Referral page in the OKX app before participation. Reward amounts are adjusted periodically and can differ between users.

When will I receive my reward?

Rewards are typically credited to your OKX Pay account within 7 business days after all requirements are completed.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?

Yes. There's a cap of up to 10 successful referrals per 14-day period.

How can I track my referrals?

You can view your referral status and progress on the Card Referral page in the OKX app. Reward amounts and history can be viewed by tapping the menu icon in the top right corner of the page.

Why didn’t I receive a reward?

Common reasons include:

  • Requirements not fully completed

  • Transactions not settled

  • Minimum spend not met

  • Actions not completed within the required timeframe

  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity

  • Referral limit reached (maximum 10 rewards per 14-day period)
